COVID-19 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Dear Silver Vine Room Family, 

We hope everyone has remained safe, healthy and happy throughout this unique time in history.

We continually strive to set the highest standard for our team and clients. As we are all adjusting to the β€œnew normal,” we will pay close attention to the data around us in order to eliminate any innocent negligence and to make sure we are fully prepared to operate in the safest environment possible. 

As we actively remain in Phase 2 of NJ state re-opening procedures, we have further implemented extra sanitation protocols to ensure the safety of all patrons and employees:

  • All staff will wear face masks.

  • Additionally, all staff performing a service will wear a face shield.

  • All clients will be provided a new face mask. 

  • Clean/freshly washed capes & robes for every client. 

  • Hand sanitizers throughout the salon.

  • Plexiglass partitions installed between the shampoo bowl stations & at the front desk. 

  • All staff will be screened daily with a questionnaire and touchless thermometer reading. 

  • Autoclave system to sanitize tools 

  • 15 minutes in between every client to properly sanitize the workspace. All sanitizers used will be approved by the CDC & DOH. 

  • Nuri-Tech air purification system (HEPA-14 filter) to sanitize the air. 

  • NO refreshments or food will be permitted in the salon.

  • NO waiting area.

  • Only the client receiving services will be permitted in the salon.

  • NO pets allowed.

Although the layout and design of Silver Vine Room already allows for 6 feet of separation or more between styling chairs, in an effort to further institute social distancing measures, we will be open for business on Sundays to allow for a lower occupancy level throughout the week.

For Hair Color Appointments: Please keep in mind, if you are booking an appointment for a hair color service, there will be additional time allotted for your appointment. It has likely been a few months since your last color service. If there are major color corrections that need to be made, additional costs may be incurred to ensure the highest level of service that you are accustomed to from Silver Vine Room. Please be sure to discuss with your stylist if you have any further questions.
