At Silver Vine Room, we believe in welcoming our guests in a relaxed environment while also providing expert services so you will leave in love with your hair. 

Our Story

Silver Vine Room opened in March 2015 after a sudden win gave our four partners the idea that they wanted to open a salon.  That idea turned into the Silver Vine Room. 

We opened the salon so customers can feel comfortable while also looking their best. Our take on approachable luxury means that we work with a wide variety of hair types & textures. No matter if you want regular hair maintenance or a hair transformation, we’ll work with you to achieve your goals.

Salon Policies & Gentle Reminders

To reserve your appointment, a credit card is required at the time of booking.

This allows us to thoughtfully manage our stylists’ schedules and ensure availability for all of our guests. Your card is securely kept on file and is only used in accordance with our cancellation policy below.

Thank you for helping us protect our time — and yours.

We completely understand that life happens — plans change, and unexpected moments arise. We kindly ask for advance notice whenever possible so we can offer your time to another guest.

  • 48+ Hours’ Notice: Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours before your appointment will not incur a fee. 
  • Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice: A fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost may apply.
  • Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Shows: A fee of up to 90% of the scheduled service cost may apply.

This policy helps support our stylists and allows us to accommodate clients on our waitlist.

We truly appreciate your understanding and consideration.

A $7 salon service fee is added to all transactions.

This helps support the behind-the-scenes costs of running our space and allows us to continue providing the elevated amenities, hospitality, and experience you enjoy while visiting Silver Vine Room.

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you and includes consultation time to ensure your results are just right.

We recommend arriving a few minutes early.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled depending on availability.

If rescheduling is required, cancellation fees may apply.

If you’re running behind, please call us as soon as possible — we’ll always do our best to help.

We never allow guests to leave with wet hair — your final color result deserves to be seen beautifully.

A professional blowout with one of our trained junior stylists is included with all color services.

If you prefer a specific senior stylist for your blowout, please book this as a separate service when scheduling.

Our pricing reflects each stylist’s education, experience, and unique skill set.

All prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on hair density, length, product usage, or additional services discussed during your consultation.

Please note: personal checks are not accepted.

Gratuities are always appreciated but never expected.

For your convenience, gratuities may be provided via cash, Venmo, or Zelle.

Gratuity cannot be added to credit card transactions.

While we do not offer refunds on services rendered, we are more than happy to make reasonable adjustments if something doesn’t feel quite right.

Please contact us within two weeks following your appointment so we can ensure you leave feeling confident and cared for.

We absolutely love children — however, for the safety and comfort of all guests, the salon environment is not always suitable for little ones.

For this reason, we kindly ask that children only visit the salon if they are also receiving a scheduled service.

This allows us to maintain a calm, relaxing atmosphere and ensures everyone’s safety around professional tools, chemicals, and equipment.

We kindly ask guests to keep personal items close at all times.

While we do our best to maintain a safe and welcoming space, Silver Vine Room cannot be responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged personal belongings, including handbags, clothing, or accessories.

We also recommend wearing clothing you’re comfortable in, as color services may occasionally come into contact with fabrics.

If anything does occur, please notify our team right away — we’re always happy to assist however we can.

We do not have a private parking lot available.

Street parking is available surrounding the salon, and for more consistent availability we recommend the five hour paid parking lot Deforest Avenue located nearby.

Please allow a few extra minutes when arriving to ensure an stress-free start to your visit.
